Welcome
I’m really glad you’re here. This is a space for individuals, kids, families, and parents who are looking for support, connection, and a place to feel understood. Whether you’re working through old wounds, navigating parenting or relationship struggles, or just feeling a little lost, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Carl Rogers
Meeting adults, youth and families with compassion and curiosity in the challenges of life.
Offering Support for…

Individuals
Things like stress, anxiety and depression can be so isolating. Find a caring, safe and trauma-informed space to explore your feelings and stories. Together, we will work towards hope and help.
-

Kids & Teens
Children and teens can build resilience and connected relationships through a trauma-informed approach based on relational neuroscience and attachment theory.
-

Parenting & Fostering
Parents who feel safe and supported have more capacity to lead and enjoy their children. Find connection and compassion in the face of your family’s challenges.
-

Religious & Spiritual Issues
For those navigating spiritual questions or carrying wounds from religious experiences, I offer a respectful and grounded space for exploration without judgement.
About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I enjoy working with individuals, children, families, and parents using a compassionate stance that considers the whole picture. My work is informed by approaches that focus on relationships, emotions, and the nervous system.
My hope is that in our work together, you feel safe, seen, and empowered. I strive to always be curious, accepting, and genuine.
When not in the counselling office, I’ll often be biking around Ottawa, experimenting with new recipes, or playing card games with my family. I also love getting lost in stories with a cup of tea —whether it’s books, shows, or conversations—and I look forward to hearing about the stories that matter most to you when we meet.

Services
-
Meeting individuals online in Ontario or in person in downtown Ottawa and Kanata.
Using an attachment and trauma-informed lens, we explore your past experiences, your current challenges and your hopes for the future.
I focus on creating a meaningful therapeutic relationship that fosters genuine connection and provides a space for change.

Services for children include meeting children both in their family context and individually, as suits your family’s needs.
I begin work with children by meeting first with parents. Then, with children, I use play, books, games and sensory support to enable co-regulation and exploration beyond behaviours.
Therapy for parents alone is considered individual psychotherapy
